Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firm's CMO
- Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team members
- Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures
- Interview new sales team members
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- 1-3 years of experience managing a sales team
- Able to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Proven experience as a Sales or Operations Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
