Job Description:

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drawing blood samples accurately and efficiently
• Preparing specimens for laboratory testing
• Interacting with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all patients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
