You will be having thoughtful discussions with cross-functional primes to ensure the right changes are being made to meet strategic goals. What You’ll Do:
Lead with Vision: Drive and execute strategic priorities, shape and implement innovative customer interaction strategies
Strategize for Success: Engage in business casing, financial analysis, and scenario planning to anticipate market changes and develop responsive strategies
Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with channel primes, acquisition and retention teams, Go To Market primes, and campaign primes to ensure cohesive strategic implementation
Influence & Innovate: Provide strategic insights and refine performance metrics through collaboration with Data Intelligence teams
Deliver Impact: Engage in thoughtful discussions with channel leaders to drive awareness and execute value management programs and optimization opportunities

Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
Analytical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 5+ years of strategic experience
Storytelling Skills: Ability to effectively communicate strategies and insights using research and data
Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a dynamic environment
Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in financial modeling
Great to Have’s:
Industry Insight: Experience in the telecom industry or a similar customer-centric field
Strategic Mindset: Expertise in multi-channel strategies, business casing, and pricing strategy development
Salary Range: $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
