Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. The salary range for this position is $55k-80k.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily tasks of human resource program including compensations, benefits and leave, labor relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, productivity, recognition, safety and training and development.
- Handle employee-related inquires.
- Assist with recruiting initiatives, including job fairs, interviewing and sourcing candidates.
- Attend and lead teammate disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain HR information system records and reports.
- Ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Human Resources Business Partner will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
