LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Lead a team of coordinators including monitoring KPIs and annual reviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery levels
- Lead and manage inventory management
- Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Create and implement SOPs
- Create POs and Invoices
- Prepare documentation and departmental reports
- Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain
- ERP experience (Netsuite a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
