LHH is working with a full-service Dallas firm looking for a Corporate Associate with 4-5 years of broad based corporate experience . In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate related matters with a dynamic team.

Requirements :

• Texas license
• At minimum 4 years of corporate transactional experience with a national or regional law firm
