A Top 25 AM Law international Firm is seeking a Mid- level Corporate or Capital Markets Associate for their premier global Capital Markets practice in Palo Alto.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-5 years of experience in advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting and disclosure matters, national securities exchange compliance, financings, and general corporate matters
• Juris Doctor
• Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California

The yearly salary range for this position is $260 000- $365 000.
