LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with the Washington, DC office of a Chambers-Ranked and midsized, business law firm in its search for a mid-level litigation associate to assist on commercial and business litigation matters!

The firm offers great work-life balance, low billables, and hybrid / remote work opportunities at competitive compensation packages in the DC market.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience obtained via a sophisticated law firm, clerkship, or combination of the two. DC license preferred, or the ability to waive into DC.

• Base salary targeted at $160K-$210K for 3-6 years experience before bonuses.
• Annual 5-figure bonus eligibility for billing in excess of 1750 billable hours.
