A Top 60 AM Law Firm is seeking a mid- level Corporate Associate, with over 3 years of experience, to join their Capital Markets and Public Companies group.

This is a hybrid role and is open to the firm’s Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Washington DC and NY offices.

• The ideal candidate will have:Over 3 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks
• Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow- on offerings
• Experience with, or affinity, for technology and/ or life sciences companies is also preferred.
• Juris Doctor- qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California

The yearly salary range for this position is $260 000 - $390 000
