Responsibilities:

• Create and implement inventory management policies and procedure
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and demand forecast for strategic decisions on procurement/replenishment
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Train, recruit, hire and mentor inventory staff

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in inventory management
• 5+ years of experience working in face-paced distribution or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma
• Experience using inventory management software, WMS, and ERP. Preferably SAP.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Onsite Monday-Friday.
