Job DescriptionnnTests and inspects products at various stages of installation process and compiles and evaluates data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.nnResponsibilitiesnnInterprets structural engineering drawings, modular shop drawings, and mechanical drawings. Confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.nnProgressively inspect modular camp units during the installation phase including framing, architectural, and mechanical systems to ensure conformance with engineered drawings and project quality standards.nnRecords test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.nnEvaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.nnRecommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.nnRecording of testing data, interpretation of results per project quality standards, and electronic input for project turnover.nnOther duties as assigned.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.nnQualificationsnnHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.nnMinimum five (5) years directly related Quality Control Inspector experience with knowledge of construction, modular buildings, and the oil & gas industry.
