Using your organizational and motivational talents, balancing field management with office activities, you and your teammates will help to create a neighborhood you can be proud of.nnResponsibilities include:nnManagerial oversight of multiple homesnnThe planning, scheduling, implementation & coordination of quality built homes from development through final construction on a timely & economical basis.nnSelection, coordination, oversight & management of people, materials, budgets, schedules & contractsnnOversee the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of construction, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codesnnMaintain safe, clean and compliant job sitesnnTrack & control construction costs against the budget in order to avoid cost overrunsnnSchedule and manage subcontractors and sub-contractor relationships in order to build homes on schedule and close on time. Managing and inspecting the quality of work that is performed by subcontractorsnnComplete homes and all customer walk-through items prior to closingnnConduct Home Buyer Meetings with customersnnBuilding rapport with customers and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building processnnWorking closely with the sales team, as well as all other Weekley team membersnnPrepare daily, monthly & quarterly reportsnnQualificationsnn2+ years field management preferrednnAbility to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, designers, sales, trades, vendors & customers. Should be able to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction during the buying/building processnnMust possess the ability to supervise effectively at all levels & with a variety of personalities. Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.nnManage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlinesnnComputer proficiency required to handle job costing, payroll & communication with vendors & tradesnnBe decisive, flexible & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays and in a very fast-paced environmentnnCan analyze & resolve problems. Excellent organizational, leadership & communication skillsnnKnowledge of construction practices and terminology.
