We are seeking an experienced Labor Attorney with 4+ years of labor law experience to join a dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. Position Overview:

The successful candidate will manage labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and other labor-related legal matters. You will have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel, providing strategic and proactive legal service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage labor arbitrations, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and union campaigns.
• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on labor relations and related issues.
• Engage regularly with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful office environment.
• Assist in attorney development, including writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Pennsylvania (or ability to become licensed in Pennsylvania).
• 6+ years of labor law experience with a focus on labor relations.
• Proven ability to produce excellent written and analytical work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a collegial, team-oriented office environment.
• Outstanding academic record preferred.
