The candidate who will be ultimately successful in this role is truly adept at relationship building. You need to comprehend bigger picture initiatives and be able to execute them capably. You need to be a self-starter, a good steward of the business and someone who acts with a sense of ownership.

This position will be responsible for an Executive leadership team and report directly to the President.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of hospitality leadership (preferably Resort Manager / DOR positions)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
