I am partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare company that is in the midst of expanding to multiple hospital locations and they are looking to expand their team and bring on a Healthcare Attorney.

Responsibilities

• Operate under the General Counsel to work on a broad array of legal matters around the healthcare space.
• Assist on Healthcare Benefit, Multi-employer plans, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
• Healthcare regulatory position having a familiarity of Fraud and Abuse, False Claims Act, HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback
• Draft and negotiate contracts across managed care, Medicare and Medicaid, and hospital and physician contracting

Qualifications

• JD and barred in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and ideally from a large law firm
