Options Consulting Solutions is a boutique firm located in Toronto. With over 30 years of successful recruitment experience, we are looking to expand our team and add a Recruiter / Account Manager to help us match the best and brightest with our extensive list of amazing clients.

The Job!

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with your colleagues to recruit for their roles. You will gather in-depth information on each role and utilize this to identify the top talent that fits each position perfectly. Your duties will also include, but not be limited to:


  • Carrying out end to end recruitment; from finding resumes to getting contracts signed
  • Developing and fostering a strong candidate network
  • Coordinating and preparing individuals for interviews
  • Attending client intake sessions to gain insightful knowledge on each position
  • Maintaining contact with candidates to ensure a smooth transition
  • Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and cohesive workflow
  • Communicating with the utmost professionalism in order to maintain Options Consulting Solutions’ strong reputation
  • Meeting monthly targets, both as a team and individually


What you bring to the job

Attitude is everything. You are humble, yet confident, and can work tactfully within a team. You will come with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the highest dedication to client and candidate satisfaction. You will also come with:


  • Post-secondary education
  • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally for legal roles
  • Strong familiarity with the legal space is an asset
  • Inquisitive mindset – you assume nothing and question everything
  • Tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office and Internet skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and utmost discretion


Salary Range (in Canadian Dollars) : up to $80,000.00. This is a commission-based role.
