We are looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa (NIV and IV) casework, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications - Active and in-good-standing membership with at least one state bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with over 5 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Willingness to take on tasks outside of their primary expertise as needed.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage business immigration cases, including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and others.
- Handle non-immigrant visa cases, such as E-2, E-3, J-1, H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1A/B, and TN visas.
- Oversee the PERM and immigrant visa processes.
- Prepare family-based immigration petitions and naturalization applications.
- Maintain accurate tracking of key dates and documents.
- Ensure all filings are meticulously checked for accuracy and completeness.
