About the Role - Insurance Defense Paralegal or Legal Assistant

Responsibilities -

• Litigation Paralegal- support lawyers construction defect, trucking defect, insurance defense (experience in plaintiff is ok but strong preference for defense general insurance defense and preferably all in Texas).
• Looking for experience working inception to close files.
• Billing Requirement: 150 per month (docket are busy)

Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Insurance Defense
