Our client, a software development company, is seeking a temporary recruiting coordinator to join their NYC team! Experience working as a recruiting coordinator within the tech industry is required.

This position starts asap and will be ongoing with the potential to convert down the line if the right fit.

Hours: 9am – 6pm

*Fully remote (need to be able to work East Coast hours)

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling interviews for all departments
• Promptly responding to candidate and interviewer questions over email and slack
• Provide administrative support for projects related to interviewer training, referral program, and other recruiting initiatives as needed
• Correspond with hiring team and relay relevant information
• Assist with other HR ad hoc projects as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience at a tech company or fast-paced startup
• Tech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work alongside a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
