?Previous industry experience:

· ?Trucking, transportation management, route management, dispatch

?Seeking strong leaders! You will be responsible to supervise, direct and motivate a team. Seeking leaders who uphold high standards, and demonstrate values through actions.

?Keys to Success:

· ?Strong communication (written/verbal), follow through, and interpersonal skills

· ?Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and other regulations related to commercial driving

· ?Spanish speaking skills will be helpful

· ?Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

. Knowledge of Visalia, Ca routes

?Certifications Required:

· ?Clean DMV report

· ?Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

Bilingual Spanish is A+
