Additionally, the COO will lead and manage a team, evaluate performance, and ensure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.Applicants for the COO position should have a BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field, with an MSc/MBA being a plus. The role demands outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving. Experience in process improvement, operations management, budgeting, and risk management is essential. The COO will also be involved in expansion activities, managing relationships with partners and vendors, and assisting the CEO in fundraising ventures. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and efficient leader with the ability to inspire confidence, create trust, and ensure the company's operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
