About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the strategic planning and implementation of information technology systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the company's goals, overseeing the design and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, leading data management and governance, driving digital transformation, and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity program. The CIO will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing IT team, foster a culture of innovation, and manage the IT budget effectively.Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT industry or data management, with at least 7 years in IT management or leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and security, as well as experience in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, and a Master’s degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills, and be data and analytics-driven. They should also demonstrate a commitment to the company's values of open communication, collaboration, safety, integrity, respect, and innovation.
