This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, capable of ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and the growth of the medical practice. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the growth of primary care and specialty services, enhancing patient access, and leading initiatives for financial health, patient retention, and practice operations improvement. The Executive Director will also play a critical role in the development and management of the medical practice, acting as a key leader within the health system.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Medical Practice should possess a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, with a master’s degree preferred, and have at least five years of management experience in a medical practice setting or equivalent. The role involves leading the strategic direction of the medical practice, developing and tracking a strategic plan, implementing best practice policies, and partnering with organizational executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, be adept at financial management, and be involved in provider recruitment and onboarding. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth are essential. The Executive Director will also be responsible for core functions within the medical practice, including business operations, patient access, and clinic operations.
