About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead and optimize its production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing operations meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and the integration of new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The Vice President of Manufacturing will also be tasked with developing and implementing operational strategies, leading long-term planning, and managing risks associated with production activities. Collaboration with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality, and EHSS is essential to ensure goal alignment and operational excellence.Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A proven track record in a senior operational role within the tough tech manufacturing industry, particularly in leading multi-plant operations and driving Manufacturing Centers of Excellence, is required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing processes, Lean principles, and quality management systems, with hands-on experience in scaling best practices and integrating them into a center of excellence framework. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills are essential, as is experience with technology integration, advanced manufacturing techniques, and a background in strategic planning and continuous improvement programs. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, who can foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability.
