Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 2-3 years of proven results to join our dynamic team in a Business Development role!

We are seeking motivated, hard-working recruiters to deliver first-class service to our clients. This person would be responsible for building out relationships with new clients.
Responsibilities:- Offering team guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidates- Arranging interviews for candidates with clients, providing detailed information to both parties- Actively sourcing new business opportunities and clients- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions- Negotiating contracts and terms of business with new clients

Our Requirements:- 2-3 years of proven recruiting/business development experience at a third party staffing agency- Entrepreneurial mindset, can think outside the box and solve problems- Able to show initiative- Must hold permanent working rights in the USA upon application- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required- Strong communication and listening skills
