Position Initiatives

This role is accountable and/or responsible for the following initiatives. Day-to-day tasks and projects are subject to change based on business and department needs.

• Act as a dedicated partner to North America's third party independent distributors (IBDs) aka "distributors."
• The primary purpose of this role is to support the sales distributors with questions and inquiries about their business operations i.e. orders, commissions, event purchases, training material, and other types of inquiries, to help them be successful in growing their businesses.
• Train the distributors if they call in for redundant support so that they can become more self-sufficient in their business operations.
• Communicate with distributors through incoming phone calls and emails (ticketing format), and outgoing phone calls and emails to follow through on support needs.
• Document all communication in various company systems to ensure timely and correct resolutions.
• Maintain and update electronic files including client documents, warranty transfers, sponsor change requests, reports, and other compliance-related paperwork.
• Work with other Specialists on the team as needed to coordinate, clarify, escalate, and manage correspondences to customers.
• Develop and maintain technical aptitude to work effectively with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Google Chrome, Business Central NAV (ERP system), Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), and more.
• Continuously provide outstanding service.
• Successfully work with dedication and professionalism in a fluid, fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
