Position Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Fully on-site in Fairfield, CA
Schedule: M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/ annually
This position requires frequent travel
Responsibilities:
- Key customer contact for any questions or concert?
- Develop close industry relationships with customers
- Develop coaching/training program for customers ?
- Troubleshooting, and technical support on lines of business- including emergency call-outs?
- Manage Capping head servicing customer requirements. ?
- Innovation support - specifically for application ?
- Maintain Internal application standards as part of the Quality program. ?
- Sales support to deliver commercial objectives - gather intelligence when in the field?
- Manage monthly budget - spares, parts, travel?
- Support and contribute to the business Mgmt team (MT) - as key CTS input.
