On Deck Sports is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Operations team

in Randolph, MA. As an Operations Coordinator you will be an integral part of ensuring the day to day

operations of the company run smooth and correctly according to set processes and procedures. This is

an entry level position with advancement opportunities

• Primary Responsibilities include:
• Entry and analysis of freight bills
• Prepare daily/weekly labor metrics reports
• Run weekly inventory management control reports
• Work with purchasing and sales team on implementation of price increases
• Assist in initiatives related to Operations Department

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team
• environment.
• Excellent time management skills, strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically Excel and Sheets
• Consistently follow process and procedures
• Analytical approach to tasks
