Overview:

We are seeking a General Superintendent with experience working for large mechanical subcontractors. This role focuses on managing field operations for large-scale HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise field crews, foremen, and subcontractors on large mechanical projects.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate resources and resolve site challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, including 5+ years with large mechanical subcontractors.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
