Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead exciting construction projects in a variety of market sectors. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and overseeing all site logistics while ensuring the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, lead talented teams, and develop innovative processes and techniques to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Study contract documents thoroughly and clarify any uncertain details to ensure comprehensive quality control.
  • Site Logistics: Examine jobsite conditions, prepare a logistical plan, and ensure readiness before the project starts.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager, owner, and architect to review project options and special arrangements.
  • Building Department Liaison: Engage with building officials to understand and meet jurisdictional requirements, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Daily Oversight: Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality, safety, and operational practices of all field activities.
  • RFI Management: Initiate and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process with input from key subcontractors.
  • Schedule Development: Work with the Project Manager to create and maintain a project schedule from start to completion.
  • Punch List Execution: Oversee the timely completion of punch lists and ensure the final product meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Project Standards: Deliver projects aligned with contract documents and organizational quality standards.


Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (or equivalent); Associate's degree in a related field or 10+ years of field construction supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in software such as:
  • Document Tracking System (DTS)
  • Construction Information System (AccuTerm)
  • Subcontractor Analysis System (SAS)
  • SureTrak
  • Resource Focusing System
