We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA , or Alameda, CA . This role supports the project management team in planning, organizing, and coordinating HVAC and piping projects to meet profit and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Project Executives with project assignments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate with the General Superintendent and Project Foreman to integrate them into the company’s overall schedule.
• Monitor and compare planned versus actual project schedules and costs, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
• Prepare and track project submittals through the approval process.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team to communicate project details to construction, engineering, and estimating personnel before work begins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems , building products, construction design/details, and relevant regulations.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management with excellent time and project management skills.
• Self-motivated with a "big-picture" perspective and strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $45.67 - $55.29/hour , based on experience.
