We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Working closely with our sales representatives, you will assist in designing innovative solutions that encompass cybersecurity, network appliances, Server Solutions, physical security solutions, VOIP systems, and other business technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify client requirements and develop customized IT solutions.
- Design and present proposals that effectively communicate the value of our technology solutions.
- Assist in the sales process by providing technical expertise and guidance during client meetings and negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients to showcase our offerings.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical questions and concerns from clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Document and track sales activities, proposals, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network appliances, physical security systems, VOIP solutions, and other business technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience creating comprehensive proposals and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
