Position

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth. Following a training period with the General Manager, you will take charge of customer accounts (including Fortune 500 companies), boosting sales and enhancing market presence.


The Sales Engineer will focus on customer satisfaction, leveraging experience and knowledge to impact the company's success. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help shape and implement sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. This includes developing a sales plan to achieve growth and revenue targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to offer creative solutions to complex challenges. With company support, you will build and maintain successful customer relationships and ensure clear, timely communication both internally and externally.



Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical sales or application engineering. International experience is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility: Must be adaptable to constant change and capable of traveling domestically and internationally (including Italy). Participation in trade shows as well as various training and developmental opportunities is required.
  • Technical and Sales Acumen: A technical background with a strong inclination for sales is essential.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.



Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision (entrepreneurial spirit).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret technical procedures and contracts.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for preparing and maintaining documents, graphs, and reports.
  • Knowledge of American Standard to Metric Standard conversions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
