Job: Storage Systems Architect

Location: Pleasanton CA- Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, implementation, and operation of Enterprise Storage Arrays(On- Prem/Cloud) infrastructure projects and participate in the specification of business requirements and implementation plans.
• Provide operational support and experience with managing virtualized infrastructures.
• Participate in Capacity planning and Disaster Recovery.
• Help define, improve promote architecture and standards based on ITIL best practices.

Top 3-5 Must Haves

• 10+ years Design and Implement cloud storage solutions (Azure NetApp Files)
• 5+ years’ experience automating infrastructure systems (REST API, JSON, Ansible)
• 5+ years’ experience administering / troubleshooting / implementing File, Block, and Object Storage
• 5+ years’ data management, data security / compliance and classification (Azure solutions)
