As an Electrical Project Engineer in the Gas Metering, Regulation, and Control (MR&C) Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EI&C) organization.
- Project engineering and design for site electrical power, lighting, pressure and temperature instruments, HVAC systems, electrical valve actuators, and SCADA equipment
- Conducting product and process research
- Providing field technical support during construction
- Drafting and reviewing specifications
The MR&C EI&C Engineer holds a diverse set of duties, frequently collaborating with various internal departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Project Controls, Customer Account Managers, Customer Deliverability, Meter Technology Center, Warehousing, and Gas Control, among others.
Effective coordination and communication with multiple internal and external teams or service providers is essential. Examples of this work could range from replacing specific components at a City Gate or Regulator Station to overseeing the rebuild and redesign of such stations.
