The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will lead HR for 85 employees and must be a true generalist. This role is on-site in Seattle 5 days a week next to T-Mobile Park.
Essential Functions:
- Support recruitment and interviewing through onboarding candidates at all levels.
- Support the annual performance review process.
- Oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including annual enrollment, life events, billing, employee communications, and overall employee support.
- Manage all leaves of absence, FMLA, and workers’ compensation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Manage any claims by employees including conducting investigations, providing recommendations, and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with managers to design and deliver directed training programs as well as compliance training for our staff.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Proactively monitor and adapt policies and practices in response to legal changes.
- Manage and complete annual compliance reporting, including EEOC filings, ACA 1095-C, and other required reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources required.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong computer skills and experience with HRIS and ATS. Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Exhibits critical thinking; excellent judgement and decision-making capabilities; analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excelled oral and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation; takes initiative; problem solves.
- Ability to produce quality output while working within deadlines a must; sense of urgency required.
- Proven ability to interact and perform all job responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proven understanding of general human resources policies and procedures required.
