We are seeking an experienced hotel professional to fill the position of Assistant General Manager and assist the GM with the daily operations of a limited-service branded hotel in Bentonville, AR . You will focus on the front desk operations and supervise all other department managers to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. This is an amazing opportunity for a Front Office Manager or Guest Service Manager, with good tenure and progressive advancement, to take the next step in their career. This position is with a Hotel Management company with properties in 4 states and a successful AGM can expect growth opportunities.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 + 12% quarterly bonus potential + comprehensive benefits package

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager
• 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager is preferred
• Experience in other limited-service hotel departments is preferred
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Team development skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
