HR Specialist – Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate employee data in ADP Workforce Now.
- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
- Assist with developing programs to enhance employee relations and engagement.
- Maintain and manage employee records, benefits enrollments, and status changes.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports to support departmental and organizational goals.
- Provide administrative support for performance management and career development programs.
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in all benefit plans.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
HR Specialist – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (required).
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
