*Hiring: Accounting Manager*

*Job Summary:*

A dynamic organization is seeking an experienced *Accounting Manager* to oversee general accounting practices, budgeting, and financial controls. Reporting to the interim Finance Director, this role is crucial to the company’s financial success and will manage high-volume corporate client accounts.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, taxes, and general ledger functions.
* Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts (1, 3, and 5 years).
* Conduct cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
* Lead external audits and ensure compliance with financial controls.
* Supervise accounting staff and manage multi-site accounting allocations.
* Perform ad hoc analyses and recommend procedural improvements.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
* 5+ years in a senior accounting role.
* Strong QuickBooks and Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
* Experience with accruals, reversals, and multi-site accounting.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
