Job Title: Identity and Governance Administration (IGA) Operations Specialist
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Palo Alto CA; flexible depending on business needs)

About the Role:
Blue Chip Talent is seeking an experienced IGA Operations Specialist to manage and support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This role ensures security, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization by collaborating with IT Security, Compliance, and Application Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Management: Administer user access requests and conduct audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- IAM System Administration: Manage IAM tools (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint) and the identity lifecycle across systems.
- Authentication & Authorization: Troubleshoot and enhance SSO, MFA, and RBAC systems.
- Compliance & Security: Assist with audits and implement IAM best practices to strengthen security.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor IGA systems, generate reports, and recommend process optimizations.
- Incident Management: Investigate and resolve access-related security incidents.
- User Support: Provide support for IGA systems and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager).
- 5+ years of experience in IAM operations or IT security.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST).
- Proficiency in IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
- Must have a strong background in SailPoint Administration
- Candidates must be located in the Palo Alto CA area
