Position: Business Development Executive

Location : Jacksonville FL

Position Type: On site

Salary: $50K-$80K plus incentives

Overview: Our client is a leading freight brokerage company with over 50 years of experience, and is looking to add an Account Executive to join their growing team in the Jacksonville FL office.

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of cross-border freight services
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with operations team to efficiently manage freight movement and resolve any issues
• Meet or exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets and gross profit goals
• Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in freight brokerage or a related transportation/logistics role.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Strong Sales skills and a proven track record of success in a hunter/ new business development role
• Familiarity with the freight industry, including knowledge of pricing, capacity, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
