Our client, a leader in the steel industry, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join their team in Louisville, KY. This role will provide the chance to lead impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Communicate project tasks, scopes, and timelines clearly to team members.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Track and analyze project performance to meet defined goals and deadlines.
• Prepare and share detailed project plans, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong professional engineering experience OR experience through internship(s)
• Proficiency in engineering software, specifically AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
