Job Title: Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Temporary (with the possibility of full-time after a 90-day probationary period)
Pay Range: $24 - $26 per hour, based on experience
Reports To: Project Manager | Head of Information Technology and Information Systems
Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in coordinating multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved.
- Maintain and follow project schedules provided by the Project Manager, tracking progress and flagging any issues to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, facilitating updates, preparing reports, and collaborating across departments to support project needs.
- Assist in organizing project documentation, including maintaining project timelines, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Support the Project Manager in addressing daily tasks, resolving project-related challenges, and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp, to update tasks and track progress.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, file management, and generating reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Perform basic IT troubleshooting as needed, collaborating with the IT team to resolve minor issues.
- Provide inter-company transportation support between Vanitas locations in Carson, Gardena, and Compton (mileage reimbursed).
Requirements: - Associate’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in project coordination, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between company locations as needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
