Title: ServiceNow Developer

Modules : ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Discovery

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site, 5 days per week)

Clearance Requirement : Secret or Top Secret

Employment Type: 5-year contract w/ benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Sick Leave, and PTO)

Project Overview:

Our client is looking to implement an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform that will integrate with the company's various applications and servers, creating a unified system. This will be a multi-year project where the selected candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow module development, server integration, and platform maintenance once development is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
• Perform hands-on development, coding, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Collaborate with a development team building the ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Discovery modules.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with TS/SCI requirements and access to SCI facilities.
• Develop ServiceNow modules and integrate them with various applications and servers.
• Participate in discovery and learning phases.
• Maintain the ServiceNow platform post-development to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience installing and configuring MID Servers with Linux, creating custom SNMP Patterns, Data Policy, etc.
• Experience in ITSM and CMDB at minimum.
• Integrations into CMDB.
• Secret Clearance with eligibility to get up to a TS/SCI.

• ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and portfolio management.
• Linux admin functions.
• Maria DB.
• Implementation experience.
• ITIL 4 Certification.
