Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and adoption of monday.com as a work management platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with work management tools, project management, and driving change management within a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build out the architecture and workflows in monday.com to improve efficiency and alignment within the team.
- Drive the adoption of monday.com across key stakeholders in the organization.
- Integrate monday.com with existing tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Outlook.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with team members to understand processes and build workflows that enhance productivity.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful implementation and usage of the platform.
- Assist with miscellaneous project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with work management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Wrike, or Smartsheet.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Short-term Goal:
The immediate goal for the new hire is to build out the architecture and workflows in monday.com to improve efficiency and alignment within the team. This involves understanding the current processes, creating workflows, and driving the adoption of the platform among key stakeholders.
Long-term Goal:
The long-term goal is to expand the use of monday.com beyond the initial pilot group (the patient group) to other teams within the organization. This includes potentially replicating the system for other areas such as the medical and commercial teams, and integrating it with existing tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Outlook. The ultimate aim is to create a cohesive ecosystem that enhances transparency, collaboration, and efficiency across the entire organization.
