Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL - local preferred but open to remote

Duration : 6mo contract + extensions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly in Change and Incident transformations. Experience with Service NOW CMDB is highly desirable, and familiarity with Clarity PPM is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ITSM projects with a focus on Change and Incident transformations.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Service NOW CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in ITSM projects.
- Strong understanding of Change and Incident management processes.
- Proficiency with Service NOW CMDB.
- Familiarity with Clarity PPM is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
