Day-to-Day: BAU work – this team manages a in house built ticketing application similar to SalesForce. The team manages the application configuration from end-to-end. Work will include updates and upgrades, enhancements (stakeholders), feature upgrades (errors found through testing) etc. The team is looking for someone to manage timelines - there is a level of effort chart that tells the relative timeline for deliverables for application changes. It will be the responsibility of the PM to assign, track and ensure delivery of work.
