Role Overview

The Client Partner serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients, focusing on fostering strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and delivering IT solutions in the Telecom sector. This role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and deliver high-quality services. The position is based in Bellevue, WA, and requires approximately 20% travel for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for addressing client escalations and critical business concerns.

2. Strategic Account Growth

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business strategies and IT ecosystems to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Propose and negotiate IT solutions and services that add value and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

3. Service Delivery Leadership

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Track project performance, addressing any issues that may impact client satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior executives and decision-makers to align IT services with their strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and business updates with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

5. Industry Insights and Recommendations

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to the Telecom sector.
  • Offer insights and guidance to clients on leveraging new technologies for business advantage.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT services, account management, and client relationship roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, solutions, and services, with expertise in the Telecom domain preferred.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex client accounts and meeting revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business and client needs.
