Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be able to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
- This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional legal services in the area of family and child welfare law.
- Autonomously manage a caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, and DCPP defense cases.
- Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in court and in negotiations.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Maintain strong client relationships, offering compassionate and effective counsel.
- Collaborate with the firm's team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in family law.
- Strong understanding of matrimonial law and child welfare law.
- Ability to work independently and manage cases with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Barred in NJ and they must have a portable book of business.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
