We're seeking associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our expanding team! We represent individuals in all areas of personal injury litigation and we are committed to achieving the best results for our clients. Spanish speaking must.

You will be responsible for handling cases from intake to trial including but not limited to conducting case intake and investigations, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, motion practice, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and more.

Requisite skills:

Spanish fluently

Excellent writing skills

Strong research and analytical skills

Proven work ethic

NY Bar Admission

Prior personal injury litigation experience is a plus but not a requirement
